After years of consulting in the corporate arena clients began asking Carl to take these same principles to their high school students who were struggling to make decisions about their future.

In 2003 he launched Career Coaching for Students providing a one of a kind pathway for students to pursue highly viable careers that leverage their gifts and talents.

Since it’s inception over 20 years ago, Career Coaching for Students has served thousands of high school students nationwide and it’s college version has been used globally in five countries.
